ABOUT JAMAICA HOUSE ASSOCIATION INC.

Jamaica House is a 172-unit private residential condominium located on one of the nicest beaches along the East Coast of South Florida.

We are located adjacent to the new Pompano Beach Fishing Village, with a short walk to the fishing pier and a variety of eateries and restaurants.

Jamaica House is a laid-back community with a friendly, professional staff and is self-managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We work hard to ensure that we enjoy a well-maintained, safe and comfortable residence.

2024 Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of 5 members whose terms run for 2 years. Two members are elected in even-numbered years and three are elected in odd-numbered years. The Board of Directors then elects the officers for the year. Our officers for 2024 are:
